Description of Duties:

The Board Member in conjunction with other members of the Board of Directors is responsible for supporting
the ends and core values of the organization through governing, rather than managing, the organization. This is
a volunteer position which requires meeting a minimum of six (6) times a year. The meetings will be held in the
evening and are approximately 2.5 hours in length.

organization.
