Description of Duties:



Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Provide easy-to-understand and friendly technical support to seniors for their cellphones, tablets, computers, and other devices.

  • Teach essential computer skills, including internet browsing, email, online security, and communication tools.

  • Create simple, hands-on practice sessions to help seniors retain what they've learned, correcting mistakes with patience and encouragement.

  • Foster a welcoming and supportive environment, keeping in touch with seniors and making learning enjoyable.

  • Take attendance, collect feedback, and compile a monthly statistical report to improve program effectiveness.

   
Skills Required:


Skills & Qualifications:



  • Good knowledge of computers, tablets, and smartphones.

  • Experience using the internet, search engines, document creation, online security, and communication tools.

  • Patience, strong communication skills, and an ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

  • A friendly, supportive, and empathetic approach when working with seniors.
