Description of Duties: | We are seeking ASL interpreter to volunteer with our organization. This role is essential in ensuring that Deaf and Hard of Hearing community members can fully participate in our programs and services. As an ASL interpreter, you will bridge communication gaps by translating spoken language into American Sign Language and vice versa, providing a valuable service to our community. |
Skills Required: | - Proficiency in ASL and an understanding of deaf culture - An understanding of people who have faced homelessness, trauma, and addictions. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times - Excellent communication skills |

Time Commitment: | Daytime , Evening , Weekend , Flexible Hours This role would be an on call type of role. Someone we can call on to come in or possibly video chat when need. We would do our best to call and schedule you in advance. |
