| Description of Duties: | Working closely with the VLS General Manager, VLS Board directors are responsible for directing the management and affairs of VLS, including reviewing financial statements, reviewing policies and setting strategic direction of the organization. Board directors actively participate in and contribute to Board meetings and annual strategic planning sessions. |
| Skills Required: | The VLS is currently seeking up to three new Board directors. Ideal candidates would have experience in at least two (2) of these skill areas.
