| Description of Duties: | Our Board of Directors is looking for a volunteer who is organized, detail-oriented and has a passion for greenspace. We are seeking a dedicated volunteer to fill the secretary position. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our organization's mission and the community. The Secretary will be responsible for managing records, writing minutes, and supporting overall operations of the board. |
| Skills Required: | Take and maintain accurate minutes of Board meetings and ensure they are properly filed. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience with minute-taking and record keeping. Experience with Drop Box is a plus. |

| Time Commitment: | Evening Must be able to attend a monthly board meeting for the purpose of taking minutes. Meetings are usually scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of the month, at 7pm. Dates may be changed at the disrection of the board. |
