Description of Duties: | A Visitation Monitor supervises on-site visitations between non-custodial parties and their children. Monitors observe the visit and intervene when necessary. During the visit, Monitors factually document the observed interaction. |

Time Commitment: | Evening , Weekend Monitors are required to attend three (3 hour training sessions on site) as well as shadowing existing monitors. After completing training, volunteers must be available to fill 3 shifts/month (one Saturday or Sunday per month is required), for a minimum of 6 months. A shift is 3 hours in length, and may be scheduled on a weeknight or during the day on weekends. The Volunteer schedule is set well in advance of each month. |
