  1. Research topics and trends relevant to the organization's focus, such as labour relations, workplace issues, and industry news.

  2. Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and videos.

  3. Create visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia content to accompany written posts, suitable for website or email distribution.

  4. Write clear and compelling copy for captions, headlines, and descriptions to capture audience attention, primarily for internal or external use.

  5. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and plan content calendars

  6. Assist in creating promotional materials or presentations for outreach efforts, events, or campaigns.
