The volunteer run and non-profit Henteleff Park Foundation is dedicated to caring for the Park through restoration and conservation of its lands, plants, and wildlife; partnership with the community; education about its existing ecology and many layered human and ecological history. |

| Description of Duties: | Volunteers work together with instruction and supervision, tackling different tasks each week. Activities include removing invasive weeds, watering new plants or keeping the park tidy. The groups meet Wednesday mornings 830-1030 AM and Thursday evenings 630-830 PM. You can join weekly or just the days that work for you. |
| Skills Required: | Ability to bend and pull weeds, lift 10 pounds. No special skills needed. Training is provided. |
| Skills Gained/Related Careers: | This is a great opportunity to meet new people, work outside and make an important contribution to the park. Learn about the flora and fauna of Henteleff Park. High school students needing volunteer hours for credit are welcome to join this group. |
