Description of Duties:

Volunteer Photographer / Videographer - Position Open Until Filled


Submit your CV/Resume. We are looking for a creative and passionate individual to join our team as a volunteer Photographer /Videographer. This role plays a vital part in capturing the essence of our organization's work and showcasing it to our community. The responsibilities include:


Photography Duties:




  • Capture high-quality images at events, programs, and exhibitions.



  • Photograph key moments, including speakers, participants, and activities.



  • Edit and enhance photos for promotional and archival purposes.



  • Organize and manage the organization's digital photo library.



Videography Duties:




  • Record videos during events, activities, and special projects.



  • Edit video footage to create engaging content, such as highlight reels or promotional videos.



  • Collaborate with the team to develop video concepts and scripts.



  • Manage and archive video files for future use.



General Responsibilities:




  • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to align on visual storytelling goals.



  • Ensure all images and videos reflect the organization's mission and branding.



  • Handle photography / videography equipment responsibly.



  • Maintain confidentiality when capturing sensitive moments or content.
