Learn how to run effective ads on Facebook and Instagram for your organization!

This comprehensive workshop will help you promote your events and services by showing you how to think strategically about your ads, content, and the outcomes you want to achieve in order to run the best ads possible. This is a higher-level workshop for those that use social media regularly at their organization and who have a meta account.

Who should attend:

Attendees should already have Facebook Business and Ad accounts set up.

Facilitator:

Alyson Shane is a writer and digital marketer who has been publishing content online for over 20 years. She holds a degree in Rhetoric, Writing & Communications and is the founder and President of Starling Social Inc., an award-winning digital marketing agency.

Alyson is an engaged community member who volunteers on several boards and delivers dozens of talks a year, earning her the SPARK Outstanding Pro Bono Consultant Award for her work offering digital marketing services to local nonprofits.

When not working, speaking, or volunteering, you can typically find Alyson in her garden, on her bike, or enjoying a pint of craft beer at The Forks.

Anyone who want to start using email marketing to share information about their non-profit!

Technical requirements:

To participate virtually, you will need a computer/mobile device with an internet connection, speakers and a microphone. A webcam is preferred but optional.
