Social Media Basics for Non-Profits

October 16, 2024
09:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Being active on social media is no longer optional for non-profit and community organizations. Every day people are using social media to connect so it's even more important than ever that non-profits stand out on social media.

It's a unique opportunity for organizations to grow and engage, build awareness and solicit donations (including volunteer hours). But it's not enough to just throw up some random posts every once in a while and expect followers to come running.

Successful social media occurs through thoughtful, strategic planning, setting measurable goals, and committing to consistency.

In this workshop we will guide you through the valuable world of social media, providing you with the tools and tips that will help you engage with your online audiences.
