Join our Winter Leadership Series to enhance your leadership skills! This workshop is perfect for anyone starting their leadership journey in the non-profit sector, and those who are new to managing staff.

In this course you will develop the foundational skills to prepare you for the pressures faced by the non-profit sector. You will move forward with an informed and strengthened foundation, critical leadership competencies, and new resources that will help strengthen your leadership potential.

When: This winter! Once a week for six weeks.

Dates: February 12,19,26, March 5,12,and 19.

  • Explain the environmental forces and pressures that will challenge non-profit leadership in the coming decade
  • Describe the difference between management and leadership and assess your current leadership competency levels against those needed in today's non-profit environment

  • Think strategically to encourage innovation, problem-solve and make decisions in a dynamic environment

Adesuwa Ero is a PMP Certified Project Manager and management consultant with 11+ years of teaching, project/programs management, career coaching and research and development experience in non-profit, academic, and private sectors combined.

She is the Principal Consultant of Ohloree Inc., a management consulting organization that specializes in project management, career coaching and leadership / management training for individuals and companies looking to improve team productivity and organizational health

She is also a leadership coach and trainer. She helps strategically position individuals new to management or some form of supervisory role, to become phenomenal industry leaders even if they are only just beginning, that will earn them the respect of the teams they lead, help them build meaningful relationships, increase performance outcomes, and scale up the corporate ladder.
