This workshop aims to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to streamline internal collaboration and enhance productivity within your team.

During this interactive workshop, you will dive into the key features and functionalities of Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft 365 suite, understanding how these tools can enhance collaboration, communication, and overall productivity.

  • Collaborating in Team Channels and Chat Groups
    • Understanding the purpose and benefits of team channels and chat groups
    • Effective communication and collaboration in channels and chat groups
    • Sharing files, links, and resources within team channels and chat groups
  • Collaborating in Teams Meetings
    • Scheduling and organizing Teams meetings
    • Utilizing meeting features for effective collaboration
    • Collaborative note-taking with Microsoft OneNote in Teams meetings
  • Collaborating on Shared Files
    • Introduction to OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams integration
    • Uploading, organizing, and sharing files in OneDrive and SharePoint
    • Collaborative editing and version control in shared files
  • Collaborating on Tasks
    • Introduction to Microsoft To Do and Planner for task management
    • Creating, assigning, and tracking tasks in Microsoft Teams
    • Collaborating on tasks and monitoring progress

To participate, you will need a computer/mobile device with internet connection, speakers and microphone. A webcam is preferred but optional.
