Tracy Douglass has been dedicated to volunteering since high school, gaining extensive experience in roles such as front-line service delivery, program planning, board membership, treasurer, vice-chair, and chairperson. Her career has been primarily within the non-profit sector, specializing in program delivery, leadership, volunteer management, and board governance consulting.
During her time at Volunteer Manitoba, she acquired a wealth of knowledge in best practices, research, and practical applications. As a professionally trained instructional designer and adult educator, she excels in teaching board governance. In her workshops, Tracy integrates her comprehensive experience with the insights of participants, creating engaging and valuable learning experiences.
