Volunteer engagement in all of our sectors has changed these last three years due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Some of us were laid off, redeployed into new roles or brand new to the volunteer sector. Volunteers were suspended as we closed programs; it was a challenge we all had to face. Many volunteer engagers are now asking "so what now?" as we move to rebuild our volunteer programs.
Join our panelists as they shed light on issues faced during isolating times and how they envision the future on this journey of 'what's next?'.
