Leading Non-Profits into the Future
The non-profit environment is changing and leaders will need key competencies (skills, capabilities and attributes) to respond. Are you ready? The socio-demographic, political, economic and social context is changing and becoming more unstable and complex. Diversity in terms of organizational scope, focus and size will increase; technology will force change and the retirement of current leaders is leading a transition to a new form of leadership. This webinar delves into these changes, describes the competencies non-profit leaders in this new environment and how Volunteer Manitoba plans to support your competency development to meet the challenge.
