Organizational Description: The Goldwings donate their time to welcome and assist travellers and visitors at Winnipeg Richardson International Airport. Easy to spot in their uniforms that feature a touch of gold, the Goldwings are on duty daily to provide an added layer of service and support.

Description of Duties:

The Goldwings provide customer service, assistance, and information to travelers and visitors at YWG. Their goal is to provide a "friendly Manitoba" welcome and extend a warm and approachable impression of the airport, city, and community.


The Goldwings listen to travelers, determine their needs, ask questions to clarify, and provide answers to make for a smooth travel journey.

This is an opportunity to volunteer at Manitoba's largest airport, to learn about the aviation industry, and gain skills applicable to a variety of careers, including aviation, customer service, hospitality, and security.

Daytime
Evening
Weekend

Shift minimum is 4 hours, 100 hours annually
