• Membership Fees: Not-For-Profit Agencies: $15.00/year Private Consultants/ Individuals/Government: $25.00/year Students: FREE (Must Show Valid Student ID) Other Fees: Video & Audio Rentals: $ 5.00/item Photocopying Service: $ 0.10/per page NB: Lost and non-returned materials will be charged at current retail value Guidelines: -Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:30pm -Lending Period: Local-2 weeks / Rural-3 weeks (Can be extended by phone if available) -Borrowers outside of Winnipeg receive and return items by mail at no cost to them Policies: 1) Resources lost or damaged must be replaced or paid for by the person responsible for borrowing the resource. 2) Returned items must be signed in at the reception desk with a staff member. 3) All fees must be received by Volunteer Manitoba prior to resources being borrowed or rented.
